A beautiful traditional kokeshi. They are called Snow Mountain Kokeshi 雪やけこけし.
There are only 2 generations of makers and were started in the 1960s.
Production center is Ichinoseki sold by Takacho woodcraft. They only use 3 types of wood Yamazakura, Zelkova and Enju.
This kokeshi is made by The 1st gen 高橋 長壽 Takahashi Nagatoshi.
